Rental Per Day: 24 hour rental period from time of departure from our premises

Kilometres: 150km per day is included in the rental, thereafter R10.00 per km

Documentation: Valid ID or Passport and a valid driver’s license

Age Restriction: Driver’s must be minimum 25 years old

Reservation Notice: 7 days or more notice is advised when booking to avoid dissapointment.

Payment: Payment of 50% confirms on reservation and balance 14 days prior to booking.

Deposit: A R50,000.00 refundable deposit is required. The renter is responsible for any damage up to the deposit amount. The deposit is not taken off your credit card, it’s merely a hold until the vehicle has been returned in satisfactory condition. 

Cancellation: All bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior is free cancellation, any cancellations between 8-13 Days prior is 50% cancellation fee of total rental amount and any cancellations 7 days or less is 100% cancellation fee of total rental amount.
